- Is there anywhere I can try on a pair of Sole Sister Shoes?

- Do your shoes and boots come in half-sizes?
Unfortunately, we do not carry half-sizes. We suggest ordering up a half-size, unless you have very narrow feet.
- Once I order my shoes, how long will it take to get them?
3-4 weeks within North America, depending on your location. Sooner if we can! We want you strutting your stuff! If you need your shoes more quickly we'll do our best to ensure you get them in time for that special event.
- What if the shoes don't fit? Can I get a refund or exchange?
We do exchanges within 15 days of you recieving your shoes. In order to process your exchange, you'll need to contact us for an exchange code and the shoes must be in their original box and not worn. There is a 10% restocking fee for the returned shoes.
- I'd rather not use Paypal - is there another way I can pay?
Definitely! We can process your credit card over the phone if you prefer. Give us a call at 604-819-4395.
- Do you carry men's sizes?
If you are a men's size 11, then you should order a 2 sizes up - a 13. And so on!
